I. General Terms
Regulations – these regulations
Service – the website "www.autooomate.com", operating at https://autooomate.com
Provider – the company "Autooomate sp. z o.o." with its registered office at Aleja Jana Pawła II 22, 00-133, NIP: 5253057180, KRS: 0001188805,
Customer – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Provider.
Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via email (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
The Regulations define the rules of functioning and use of the Service and define the scope of rights and obligations of Customers and Providers related to the use of the Service.
The subject of the Provider's services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, allowing Customers access to content in the form of postings, articles, and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms.
Any potential content, articles, and information containing tips or advice published in the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Customers. The Provider is not responsible for their use by Customers.
The Customer assumes full responsibility for how the materials provided within the Service are used, including for their use in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
The Provider does not provide any guarantee regarding the usefulness of materials placed in the Service.
The Provider is not liable for any damages suffered by Customers of the Service or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks associated with using the Service, particularly with the use and application of the information placed in the Service, are borne by the Customer utilizing the services of the Service.
III. Conditions of Use of the Service
Using the Service by each Customer is free of charge and voluntary.
Customers are obliged to read the Regulations and other documents that constitute its integral part and must accept its provisions in full in order to continue using the Service.
Customers may not use any personal data obtained in the Service for marketing purposes.
Technical requirements for using the Service:

any web browser that displays web pages in accordance with the standards and regulations of the W3C Consortium and supports web pages provided in HTML5,
enabled support for JavaScript scripts,

In order to ensure the safety of the Provider, Customers, and other Customers using the Service, all Customers using the Service should adhere to generally accepted safety principles online,
It is prohibited to perform actions personally by Customers or using software without written consent:
decompiling and analyzing source code without written consent,
causing excessive load on the Service server without written consent,
attempting to detect vulnerabilities in the Service’s security and server configuration without written consent,
attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software that may harm the Service's software, other Customers, or the Provider on the server and into the database,
attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software that may track or steal data from Customers or the Provider on the server and into the database,
taking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the achievement of the goal for which the Service operates.
In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential occurrence of a Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Customers should first report this fact to the Provider to quickly resolve the issue/threat and secure the interests of all Customers of the Service.
IV. Conditions for Providing the Newsletter Service
Customers can use the Service without the need to sign up for the Newsletter.
Signing up for the Newsletter service is voluntary.
Signing up for the Newsletter service is free of charge.

Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
Each Customer subscribed to the Newsletter service has the option to unsubscribe from the Service independently.
Customers can do this via the link provided in every email sent.
Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided email address from the Provider's database.

The Service provides services and tools that allow Customers to interact with the Service in the form of:

In the event of a Customer contacting the Provider, the personal data of Customers will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which is an integral part of the Regulations.
VI. Collection of Data About Customers
In order to properly provide services by the Service, secure the legal interest of the Provider, and ensure compliance of the Service's operations with applicable law, the Provider collects and processes some data about Users through the Service.
In order to properly provide services, the Service uses and saves some anonymous information about the Customer in cookies.
The scope, objectives, methods, and principles of data processing are available in the attachments to the Regulations: "GDPR Information Obligation" and in the "Privacy Policy", which are integral parts of the Regulations.
Data collected automatically: To ensure the efficient operation of the Service and for statistics, we automatically collect some data about the Customer. These data include:

VII. Copyrights
The owner of the Service and the copyright to the service is the Provider.
Some data posted in the Service are protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties, not related in any way to the Provider, and are used on the basis of obtained licenses, or based on a free license.
Under the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and store in search systems excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn any articles, descriptions, photos, and any other contents, graphic materials, video or audio found in the Service without the written consent or consent transmitted via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
According to the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright, simple press information, understood as information itself, without comment and assessment by its author, is not protected. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from the texts posted in the service, but not copying the whole or parts of articles unless it is marked in individual materials posted in the Service.
VIII. Changes to the Regulations
All provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
Changes to the Regulations come into effect immediately upon publication.
It is assumed that each Customer continuing to use the Service after the change in Regulations accepts it in full.
IX. Final Provisions
The Provider will make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered continuously. However, it bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Customers, third parties, or the activity of external automatic programs.
The Provider reserves the right to change any information posted in the Service at a time chosen by the Provider, without the need to notify Customers using the services of the Service in advance.
The Provider reserves the right to temporarily, totally, or partially disable the Service for improvement, adding services, or maintenance without prior notice to Customers.
The Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Customers.
The Provider reserves the right to transfer in part or in whole any of its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent and ability to express any objections by the Customers.
