The whole process took from 5 to 6 hours every time and required a lot of concentration. Each mistake meant the need to correct documents and additional work.

To move from a manual process to one-click, we had to tackle several significant technical challenges.

automatically cleans PDF documents,

generates a ready PDF package without the involvement of a salesman.

That is why we designed a workflow that starts with one index file and ends with a completed folder of documents.

Work within the client’s infrastructure – so that everything operates on their servers while adhering to security policies.

Secure data processing – including the automatic removal of sensitive data from PDF documents.

Cleaning documents of information about other products – so that only data related to a specific index remains in the package.

Accelerating the downloading and processing of PDF documents, which previously took a long time and often ended in errors.

    The file contains a list of products for which tender documentation needs to be prepared.

    Automation starts from the client interface.

  1. The system fetches documents from the client's trading and warehouse management system
    Based on the indexes, the appropriate documents and product data are searched.

  1. Automatic Cleaning of PDF Documents
    Sensitive data and any information regarding other products are removed from the files.

  1. Creating a package of documents in the prepared folder
    The system generates a complete package of PDF documents, ready for use in the tender.

  1. Ready documentation for the tender
    The salesperson receives the final package – without the need to manually download, copy, and verify data.
