Scaling and optimization of AI / Automation in the organization
Implementing AI and automation is not just a matter of tools. It is a change in the approach to work. And while it may seem that "everything is already set up", true implementation begins when people start using the new solutions on a daily basis. For this to succeed, you need to take care of two things: training on how to use them and changing the mindset about work, technology, and responsibility.

team engagement,
initial implementations.
